Take Care of Your 2025: April Workshop

Last year, I had a lot of big goals. I accomplished some of them, and some I didn’t. And that’s ok with me!

However, what felt off was my approach. In 2024 I took sporadic and chaotic bursts of action rather than anything consistent. After reflecting, on what I wanted to do differently in 2025, it was to practice showing up consistently. Small, frequent actions towards the things that are important to me.

However, this is not something that is very easy for me. In order to be able to do that, I realized I needed more frequent check-ins and a structure (in a fun / gentle / realistic way, of course) to keep me consistent and accountable toward my goals.

So I decided to create exactly this for 2025! I started brainstorming: What do I need? What are common themes that come up in coaching? The result is nothing monumental, but very necessary: a monthly check-in with my life.

A check-in to reflect on the past month, get clear on my focus for the current month, track my finances, schedule everything from fitness to fun, lean into the areas of my life that need support, have honest conversations with myself, check in on the people that are important to me andACTUALLY do the things I know I need to do!

I craved dedicated and consistent time to give each area of my life the attention, love, support and action needed, so that I can properly take care of my spaces in 2025!

I figured more people might also crave this same structure and support going into 2025. So welcome to: Take Care of Your 2025!

To take care of: To provide the attention, support and love each space in your life needs, so that you can feel proud of your 2025 :)

So what the heck is this?

  • A series of monthly group workshops - this sign up is for the current month.

  • Dedicated time to take care of your different life spaces (think: finances, fitness, career, fun, relationships, home, personal development, hobbies etc.)

  • 1.5-hour virtual check-in to reflect on the past month, and set up the upcoming month intentionally and with clarity!

  • Trackers and tools to provide structure to organize your different spaces.

  • Accountablity to do the life admin you know you need to (in a fun way)!

  • A group of cool people to connect with, share inspiring insights, and make this a little more fun!

Why do this?

  • Many of us lose traction on our goals after the new year. It can be hard to get back after losing progress. With regular check-ins, this workshop series is intended to provide structure to maintain your momentum throughout the year and provide support when you need to get back on track. Join for each workshop, quarterly or whenever you feel like you need support and accountability!

  • Often, pride comes from doing small, consistent, and intentional actions (rather than big sporadic ones). These workshops are designed for just that – focusing on the small, intentional moves to keep traction alive, maintain progress, and most importantly make you feel proud.

  • When things are not where we want them to be (ex. we haven’t been budgeting, or keeping up with a consistent workout routine, or enjoying work etc.) we tend to avoid this area. However, this is when these spaces need to be taken care of the most. So, no matter where they are right now (whether the space is thriving or not) we will take care of every space!

  • Many people need something to hold themselves accountable or the action won’t happen. This dedicated monthly time is designed to provide the structure and honesty required to take the action you need (and want).

  • Life admin can feel boring (or heavy, or even tortuous), but it is important! My goal is to make a fun (yet impactful) space to do the life admin you need so that you feel like you are thriving, not just surviving each month.
